Standard Shipping
In general, we offer the standard shipping for all UK orders ( excluding Overseas Territories). The delivery time takes 4-6 working days after receiving your tracking code.

Please note that the timeframe of the Standard Delivery is estimated by logistics, we are not liable for the delays caused by the logistics upon the ‘Standard Delivery’ method.
Rush Order
We guarantee the delivery time will be within 3-4 business days after receiving the tracking code. If it doesn’t match this term, we’ll issue the additional shipping charges to you.
DOA
If you select the Insured shipping method, we guarantee any physical loss (including the item lost in transit)  or damage to the goods by logistics up to the item value.
Q: How does it process while my product is damaged due to the logistics fault?
 
Delivery Dispute
We strive to ensure prompt delivery, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If you experience issues such as missing items or delivery disputes, please allow us up to 5 working days to investigate the issue. Our customer service team will work to resolve any complaints efficiently. If necessary, unresolved complaints will be escalated to Consumer Arbitration.

For delivery disputes, resolution will be based on the findings of the courier’s investigation, and we will only provide the necessary files to facilitate this process.

Changes Your Minds
Customers have the right to return the parcel within 30 days of receiving the item, without the need to provide a reason. The return period is determined based on the delivery date, as indicated on the Proof of Delivery (POD).
Returned items must meet the following conditions, or the refund process may be delayed:
  1. Returned items must include all accessories provided by the manufacturer and seller.
  2. All devices must be disconnected from any registered accounts and restored to factory settings; otherwise, the return procedure will be considered incomplete.
  3. Returned items should be in "New" condition, with the physical state of the product intact as it was when originally packaged by the manufacturer.
Wrong or Faulty
We will provide a repair, exchange, or refund if a fault occurs within 30 days if your product is malfunctioning or you receive a wrong item.

If the fault arises within the product’s guarantee period, we will offer a prompt repair service. Please refer to the below section Repair.
We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault under any circumstances.

DOA & Empty Parcel
If you have encountered a DOA (Dead on Arrival) issue, it indicates that the item has been damaged during shipping, likely due to physical impact.
If you notice any irregularities with the parcel, such as signs of it being resealed by the shipping carrier, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. In the unfortunate event that you receive an empty parcel, we kindly ask that you retain all packaging materials and contact us. Our team will assist in initiating a dispute with the logistics provider for further investigation.

Refund
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method selected by the customer. For further details on the refund process, please refer to our refund procedures.
All refunds will be processed once the issue has been resolved, or upon receipt of the returned item that complies with our policies and terms.
Repair
We offer a 12-month guarantee on all orders (excluding accessories). If you experience any issues with your product, please complete Form(B) to initiate the repair process.
For customers who purchased the extended warranty, an additional 1-year warranty will be provided.

Return item has to be matched with the follow conditions or we couldn’t process any action in the following procedure:
  1. The device must be disconnected from any registered accounts (such as Google or Apple accounts) and any personal locks (including PIN codes, passcodes, pattern locks, or Face ID).
  2. We recommend resetting your device before returning it. If the device cannot be powered on, please ensure it is removed from your online account settings prior to return.
Limitation of Warranty
Action Cameras, Casings, Bags, and Mobile Phones: Exceeding recommended limits will void the warranty.
Remote Control Toys: Exclusions for damage caused by crashes, overheating, electromagnetic interference, overloading, or defective batteries.
Our warranty covers only the purchased item itself and does not extend to any associated items.
