Coverage
SuperTechNova provides coverage for purchases according to the specified warranty terms.
We provide a one-year limited warranty for all our products, effective from the date of the invoice.
Warranty covers repair to restore products to manufacturer operational standards.
Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that any additional charges may apply for items not returned in original condition.
Warranty Exclusions and Limitations
Certain items like batteries and non-electronic products are not covered.
Damage caused by various factors, including accidents, improper usage, or environmental conditions, may void the warranty. For more details, please refer to the next clause in this page.
Please note that our warranty does not converge the damage which caused by the conditions below:
- Normal Wear and Tear.
- Damage from External Forces, includes impact, shock, fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness, leaking batteries, fire, theft, attempted theft, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism, corrosion, water contamination or frost, flooding winds, earthquakes, lightning, or adverse weather conditions.
- Accidental or Malicious Damage.
- Exposure to Environmental Factors (e.g. Moisture, dampness, or extreme thermal conditions)
- Improper Usage, Storage, or Handling.
- Incorrect or Irregular Voltage Supply.
- Breach of Warranty Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to Follow Instructions: Provided by us or the manufacturer.
- Negligence. (e.g. Excluding our representatives' actions)
- Use of Unauthorised Parts or Modifications.
- Tampering. Including removal or damage to the product serial number.
- Unapproved Accessories or Software.
- External Causes (e.g. Accidents, fire disasters, or burglaries)
- Unauthorised Repairs or Cleaning.
- Compatibility Issues (e.g. With non-contract hardware or software)
- Data Loss or Damage.
- Non-Approved Network Usage.
- Failure to Install Software Updates.
- Improper Use. Including use not intended by design.
- Specific Exclusions for Display Screens, Lenses, and Liquid Damage.
- While returning items, if damage occurs due to improper packaging during transportation to the service centre or service agent.
